Run Clubs

We are incredibly fortunate to live and run in Boulder, where there is a run club for every ability and level!  If you're new to the area or just looking to meet new friends, we've included a list of our resources below. Here are some of our favorite groups to run with. Please be sure to check with the individual club on their times and if practice is open.

The largest run club in the country with chapters in Denver, Austin, NYC, LA, Tampa, Charlotte, and Minneapolis. 

Denver Chapter

When: Tuesdays at 6:00pm

What: 1-5 mile run or walk at any pace + drinks after

RISE Running

Coaching by Nell Rojas

Nell Rojas is a two time top American finisher at the Boston Marathon, top 10 Finisher at the 2020 Marathon Olympic Trials, top 10 Finisher at the New York City Marathon, winner of the Grandma's marathon, currently ranked 6th marathoner in the U.S, and a 10 mile National Champion.

Nell has a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science, 17 years of coaching experience and 17 years of experience racing and training at a high level. She coaches everyone from Olympic Trials Qualifiers to people training to complete their first 5k.

Nell uses her personal experience as a professional runner and triathlete combined with her education and years of experience coaching strength, running, and triathlons to put together breakthrough plans for her athletes.

Boulder Track Club

The Boulder Track Club was formed in 2011 and is a 501c(3) not for profit organization located in Boulder, Colorado.

Their aim is to create an identifiable running club within the community that caters to individuals of all ages, abilities and running preference. Whether it is Track, XC, Road, Mountain, Ultra or Trail running, the Boulder Track Club’s role is to unite everyone under one umbrella of representation through the sport of running.

All Boulder Track Club members will work together to promote health, fitness, a love for running and a positive community experience for all involved and our members may either be participatory athletes or supporters of the track club in Boulder, across the US and the world.

Elevate Run Club

Tuesday Run Club at Wash Park

Join Elevate Run Club every Tuesday night at 6 p.m. for 5 miles (2 laps) around the outer loop of Wash Park. They meet at the corner of Downing and Virginia - friends and dogs are welcome! They are an all-inclusive run club and every pace is encouraged and welcome!

Fleet Feet Boulder

Want to connect with your local running community?

Our weekly group runs are a fun and free way to meet other runners in the area. Better yet, our groups often host shoe and gear demos, themed runs and special events. We welcome all paces and ability levels. Come join our local running club and run with us!


The Schedule: Fleet Fleet Boulder

  • Tuesdays at 7am at the People's Crossing Trailhead (May-September)
